Where do you source your teak wood from?
All TeakCo products are crafted from 100% sustainably harvested Grade A teak sourced from government-managed plantations in Indonesia.
How long does shipping take for large furniture items?
Standard shipping for large items typically takes 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number and a scheduled delivery window once your order leaves our warehouse.
Does the furniture come pre-assembled?
Most of our dining tables and seating arrive fully assembled. Larger items like wardrobes or beds may require light assembly; detailed instructions and tools are included in the box.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it in its original packaging for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
How do I maintain the natural color of my teak furniture?
To maintain the honey-gold color, we recommend applying a teak sealer once a year. If left untreated, the wood will naturally weather to a beautiful silver-grey patina.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all TeakCo furniture is backed by a 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects and structural failures.
