  Carefully repackage the furniture in its original protective wrapping and box to prevent any scratches or damage during transit.

  For large furniture items, our specialized logistics team will contact you to schedule a convenient white-glove pickup from your residence.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, we will process your full refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
